A. Twelve months on all labor and parts is our standard warranty. When replacement parts are needed we only use those certified by the manufacturer. These are better parts and will last longer without problems. And, by using manufacturer parts, we keep your warranty valid. We routinely stock manufacturer parts for GE, LG, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and several other brands. And, if your appliance causes you any trouble after our repairman leaves, be sure to call us right away.
Q. HOW OFTEN WILL YOU MAKE THE REPAIRS ON THE FIRST VISIT?
A. We estimate that over the years we have been about 95% successful in completing needed repairs on the first service call. To accomplish this goal, we keep our vans stocks with the tools and manufacturer parts need for virtually repair jobs. On the occasions when a second service visit is necessary, we never charge for that visit.

A. Yes, we do. We give you a 2-3 hour time window during which time our certified technician to be at your residence.
We know that your time is important so we try our hardest to be there when you need us. With our “time window” scheduling, the repairman has enough time to finish the job before yours if takes longer than expected. And, he will still arrive to do your job within the time window. And, he will call to confirm ten to fifteen minutes beforehand.
